By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
-Please allow 1-2 business days excluding holidays/weekends for processing time and 5-7 business days excluding holidays/weekends for standard shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days excluding holidays/weekend for processing time and 2-3 business days for express shipping. 7-10 business days for international orders. Cancellations are not permitted. Please ensure accuracy of address prior to placing order, as we are not responsible for items being delivered to the incorrect address due to buyer error.
-We (Renaissance Hair co.) are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
-We (Renaissance Hair co.) are not responsible for damage to wig caused by user error such as over bleaching, plucking or over processing of the hair. It is best to consult with a professional regarding processing of hair.
-All sale items will be carefully inspected for quality to rule out any discrepancies prior to being shipped out and therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.
-In the event a transaction is suspected of or flagged as fraud, your order will be canceled and you will be blocked from any future purchases.
